General Strength Training
Fast paced but beginner friendly, the Barbell Beginner class helps participants learn how to push themselves safely and progress their training intelligently using the barbell and free-weights. This is a great starting point for anyone who’s interested in the gym but would like some direction and accountability to get them started.
Interested in the sport of powerlifting? Nationally qualified coach Blake Redenbaugh teaches this small group class for beginner to intermediate athletes who are interested in the nuances of the sport and in training for maximal strength in the squat, bench and deadlift.
