For $10 a class, burn mad calories and learn how to lift safely and effectively with coaching from Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer Rebekka Hepford. 

This boot camp will have two days per week dedicated to foundational strength training, and two separate days dedicated to High Intensity Interval Training and cardiovascular fitness.

Sign up for one day of each or two days of each. This package will include 1 day of each for 5 weeks, for a total of 10 classes.

CLASS TIMES:

Monday and Wednesday at 6:30PM.

Tuesday and Thursday at 7:45AM
