Sign up for Barbell Beginners Boot Camp to get strong, burn calories and develop great form in the main barbell movements.
Participants will be coached in the squat, dead lift, bench press, push press, row and clean, as well as necessary mobility and accessory exercises. We’ll also go over the basics of program design, so that you can take concepts you’ve learned and apply it to your own training.
This boot camp is meant to serve as a foundation for general strength training, barbell sports such power lifting or Olympic style weightlifting, crossfit or strength training for athletes.
Classes will be coached by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and personal trainer Rebekka Hepford.
Each class will be limited to eight people per class to ensure quality coaching, so be sure to sign up quick!
Classes will be held at 6:30PM on Mondays and Fridays.
